WHAT IS CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE?

Abuse means the misuse of a thing; it can be a drug, perfumes, drink, sex and many more. This means when you use a thing out of medical prescription or general acceptable way of doing a thing is called ABUSE.

Today, we will be considering CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE. This means the involvement of a child in sexual activities that he or she does not fully comprehend the act or the child consent was not sought before the act. That is why, SEX EDUCATION is important.

It is the activity between a child and an adult or another child who by age or level superior than the other. PARENTS, beware of giving your baby to a "trusted" friend that is ready to destroy your child's destiny.

Child sexual abuse is the coercion of a child to engage in any unlawful SEXUAL activity. PARENT, keep your child safe.

Child abuse is the exploitation use of children in prostitution or other unlawful SEXUALpractice.

Children are easy to be molested and abused due to many reasons which will be considered in the next teaching.

WHAT TO EDUCATE THEM ABOUT? Now that you have learnt about the relationship between you and your child, when to start teaching them about SEX. Today, you will learn about what to teach them. Research revealed that a woman can get pregnant and have a baby as soon as she begins ovulating and mostly that is your child can be pregnant a year after they first begin menstruating.  There is age difference for every child to start menstruating, but the early age is 8 years. This is the reason for you to start enlightening them about SEX. Be plain with them,do not hide anything from them. Start talking about puberty-- type issues at age 8.
